Last year Molly-May and Finn got asked by their cousin and his fiancée if they would like to take on the important role as Flower girl and Usher for their big day! Molly-May was obviously over the moon and was so very exited to wear a special dress and throw pedals for the brides entrance up the aisle whilst Finn played it cool with a simple “alright then” reply (that’s boys for you!). With the bride dressing her two young boys into some smart blue coloured suit from Roco Clothing there was no argument there that Finn will wear the matching outfit to look smart alongside his cousins.

Girls Ivory Flower Girl Dress – Scarlett £34.99-£39.99
First off was the “Scarlett” dress. This splendid ivory dress is a pretty addition to Paisley of London’s Magnificence collection. Crafted from satin, the iconic silhouette is undated with lace adornment on the bodice, with a scallop edge falling below the cute square bow waistband.
Molly-May felt like a little princess in that dress and with the tulle skirt it would make the perfect dress to go ahead with her very special flower girl duties on the day whilst looking adorable and cute! It has a zip fastening on the back and a beautiful large bow to tie up and is available in sizes 2 -12yrs. Molly-May is wearing a Size 4 and it is a perfect fit. It’s a great length, not too long and it certainly has the cuteness factor!
We also been sent the ivory “Belle” Dress (which also comes in lemon and blush pink) A beauty to behold, the Belle dress features as a staple outfit in Paisley of London’s latest Eloquence collection. Crafted in a crisp white shade, the timeless A-line silhouette has been updated with cutout back detail adorned with charming bow design. Structured mesh adds the perfect volume to accentuate the ethereal waterfall skirt design. It is available in sizes 2 to 10 years.
It is plain dress with a wow factor with it unusual cut out back and the short length on the front and the longer floaty length on the back of the dress. Despite the bride loving the design and shape of the dress I personally thought Molly-May was too young for that style of dress and with her being rather tall for her age the dress came up too short on the front. It is rather tight on the sizing front so I would recommend to go one size up when ordering it! This was an age 4 size and it was tight on the upper body and too short overall. As much as she wanted to be the belle of the ball we decided against it due to the sizing off the dress.
So you might have guessed by now that the Scarlett dress was the winner and she has done me proud on the big day. She was confident, smiley and threw the pedals nicely on the floor and gave the groom (her cousin) the biggest smile at the end and a very big hug! We got nothing but compliments on how adorable she is and how gorgeous she looked on the day!
Not to forget Finn and his 2 younger cousins they all looked very dapper in their suits and where on their best behaviour all day! I leave you with a picture of the bride and groom and all 4 cousins don’t they look picture perfect?Apologies for the poor quality of the picture this is a scan of a print out the photographer did on the day for the guests to have a sneak peek!
