We are only a couple of weeks away until the children start their summer holidays and all their teachers are having a very well deserved 6 weeks off to recover! Finns time with his brilliant Year 3 Teachers will be ending and Molly-May is finishing her amazing 18 months stay in Pre School to head up to Reception after the Summer. Now there is plenty of little ‘cute’ Thank You Teacher Presents out there to buy! From ‘Best Teacher’ Keyring’s to ‘No 1 Teacher” Mugs and of course there are lots of homemade gift ideas to make too but here is a gift which I am pretty sure every teacher appreciates the most! Its simple and easy and doesn’t take up a lot of your time to create but it’s still very thoughtful!
For as little as 2.99£ you can get a personalised photo label for either a Wine or Champagne Bottle over on eBay:
This particular seller offers Buy 2 get 1 free and there are also other sellers on eBay some who cater for mini wine bottle labels too which are around the 2£ mark. I am slightly gutted that the seller didn’t use the full image I send him with Finn in his GB Outfit but I guess that’s my own fault for not asking when I send the image it still turned out pretty cool:
For Molly-May’s Teacher I got a personalised Label saying ‘A truly amazing teacher is hard to find and impossible to forget’ (which was £3.55 from this ebay Seller):
And for her other 3 teachers I printed out a label on a thick piece of paper with the saying ‘It takes a big heart to shape little minds’ and attached it to a mini wine bottle, each Teacher is also getting a little homemade card with a star or heart, a thank you and their name on the front which the kids will write their name inside it:
I purchased the tall bottle gift bags as well as the little flower bags at Home Bargains for £0.39 each and the wine was £4.99 for the big bottles and £1-£1.49 for the mini bottles so overall I spend under £9 per teacher and £2 per Teaching Assistant.
I hope you find these Thank You Teacher Gift Ideas just as genius as me and it helps with minimising the time you spend looking for that perfect little present to thank your child’s teacher!
Disclaimer: I have purchased the labels myself but wanted to share my idea which I have been using for the last 3 years because I think its simple, easy and very effective and always greatly received!!
