BABY Secrets – The new Collectible on the Block | Review

Children Reviews Toys & Games Travel Products

The Collectible Craze which swiped the nation in 2017 is well and truly on from Shopkins to L.O.L. Dolls we have seen them all! The older kids saved their pocket money to go out and buy their favourite ones and the little ones have had them all on their wish list for Santa last Christmas! But there is a new kid on the block which defiantly got the potential to be just as big as previous contestants. BABY Secrets is a brand new collectible which boasts a collection of over 50 baby characters, discover the cutest and geekiest babies in town and find your favourite amongst them!!

Molly-May was kindly send a few of the new Baby Secret Series 1 range and was gleaming with pure joy when I told her about it. She could not wait to see what was hidden inside the little bathtub:

Her very first BABY Secrets had the Limited Edition Koala Baby inside and Molly-May was pretty chuffed to get it because of his fluffy ears! The Koala Baby came with a birth certificate and a very useful collectors guide:

But that was not all, after I handed Molly-May a glas of water and told her to put the baby in the tub and pour some over it we both waited patently (thankfully only for a few seconds) until the baby’s nappy turns either pink or blue depending if its a girl or a boy baby:

The new BABY Secrets Collectibles has 50 dolls to collect and there’s a new surprise waiting inside every Baby Secrets. Each bath tub opens to reveal a surprise Baby Secrets figure with a different personality – which one will you find? Each pack comes with a collector’s guide to record your collection. The single pack has a RRP: of £2.99 which is a very reasonable price with what you get for it! After discovering the sex of your baby the fun doesn’t stop there! Molly-May took all her new babies upstairs to play with them in her new big dolls house she got for Christmas and I can see them coming along to our next plane trip to visit Oma & Opa in Germany as well as having a splash together with her in the bathtub very soon!

Out of the 7 babies we opened up we discovered 2 Glasses Babies who are also nicknamed “smarty pants”, 2 Snorkel Babies who love a good splash, 1 very adventures Sand Baby and 1 Kitchen Baby who are all on the Ultra Rare Section of Series 1 and our lucky first bathtub revealed the Limited Edition Koala Baby who gives the best hugs and his head and ears are oh so fluffy:

BABY Secrets has also got some Activity Packs with a RRP of £12.99 you get 2 exclusive babies, one surprise baby hiding in the bathtub, 3 birth certificates a collectors guide and they come in four different varieties with either a high chair, rocking horse, pram or bassinet and are available to buy from the Entertainer, Smyths, Argos and Toymasters. There are aimed for children from age 4+ and if you want to find out more about BABY Secrets head over to the BABY Secrets Headquarters.

Molly-May has already asked me if she can have some more babies for her birthday next month so I think I might get her a couple more! I think the single packs are very reasonable priced and I like the fact that the packaging is quite easy for my nearly 4 year old to handle after I took off the first plastic layer she opened the crossover cardboard packaging and although the baby was in a plastic bag it was not sealed so it was easy for her to take the baby out! I thought I put together a little video of her unwrapping some of her new BABY Secrets, she has pure concentration and didn’t say a lot. I think we aren’t quite at the professional unwrapping video with step by step presentation from her yet hehe but she is enjoying it which is what matters the most. So here it is, ENJOY:
