Sunglasses from Glassesshop.com – Review

Fashion Lifestyle & Gifts Reviews

Ever since my laser OP to correct my eyesight back in September 2015 my eyes have been a tad more sensitive to the sun so I even wear sunglasses on the morning school run sometimes (but then I am lucky to have recently moved to sunny Bournemouth who has mostly some decent weather – there is a thunderstorm coming whilst I am writing this, ha!).

I am normally not one for buying eyeglasses online because I like to try them on me to see if they fit me but when Glassesshop.com got in touch with me to see if I would like to try out their services I decided to give it a go. Upon looking through the website to find a pair of glasses frames I like I discovered that they have a rather nifty option of uploading a picture of your face to “try” on different pairs of glasses it reminded me of my youth when we did that to see if different hair styles or even hair colours would suit ourselves!

I always loved brown sunglasses because I feel they go best with my hair colour and are softer to the face then black ones! Another thing I really liked when browsing the shop is that every pair of sunglasses has the dimensions written underneath frame detail that helped me exclude a few pairs who I knew would have been on the bigger size and defiantly wouldn’t have suited me! I didn’t think shopping for eyeglasses online could be that good but I am defiantly swayed now after visiting the glasses shop!

After a short while I found just the right pair for me in form of the Avignon Wayfarer – Tortoise Sunglasses who are described as: “The Avignon Wayfarer sunglasses combine lightweight plastic and sophisticated metal material together, equipped with shiny golden metal bridge and adjustable nose pads. This frame is suitable for both men and women who are looking for polarized sunglasses or prescription sunglasses.”

They fit me perfectly and the frame is very sturdy it comes with a see-through hard case to protect it when not in use and a very handy microfiber cleaning cloth! At first I did feel the glasses inside the frame where a bit thin but due to the sturdy frame I am not concert about them getting damaged at all! The Avignon Wayfarer are priced at $35.95 and take about 3-7 working days to arrive after the order is shipped. Head over to Glassesshop.com to check out some more designs for both glasses and with or without prescription sunglasses.

I also have a special coupon code “GSHOT50” for my readers to get 50% off on your first pair of glasses or sunglasses with free lenses (sale frames are excluded from this offer).

Disclaimer: I have been sent a pair of sunglasses from glasseshop.com for reviewing purposes, but all thoughts and opinions are mine.
