Molly-May’s 3rd Birthday Celebrations!

Family Life Molly-May

Our girl was one very lucky girl indeed this year not only did she have an early Birthday Party with the family she also had a special Birthday day on the weekend before turning 3 as well as lots of birthday fun on her actual birthday the 9th February at Nursery with all her friends and in the afternoon with her bestie Lily (and siblings) at a soft play! And that’s not all we are going to fly to Germany this half term where she will be no doubt have lots more birthday cuddles and even a massive party with all the german family coming (well technically its Opa’s 60th Birthday bash but that wont stop her dancing and celebrating non there less!). She was very spoiled by Granddad as well as her Uncle and Aunties and is now the proud owner of another baby, a hoover, a beautiful jewellery box with a dancing ballerina inside as well as a super cool new “rainbow ribbon” to dance all day long! She choose her very own cake this year which was no other than princess poppy from trolls and Uncle Mark made her another cake with star sprinkles on top (which are her favourite!) Every Birthday Girl needs a Birthday gown to go to her party so as an early present we got her a brand new Elsa Dress (if you follow my Facebook page you might have seen my dilemma of finding a nice one after her china cheapy went to shreds after 12hrs!) it’s from H&M if you where wondering! Here some pictures of her celebration with the family:

Because her birthday did fall on a Thursday this week and it just happened to be 2 days before we where heading to Germany we decided to “move” her birthday to the Sunday beforehand which gave us a full day of birthday fun, opening presents and eating cake just the 4 of us. Along side some new fancy dresses, books, Dory stuff, a pull out princess couch, barbies and other little princess figures was this Fur Real Bear which plays peek a boo (her face when he did it the first time was classic!) makes some noises, moves his arms and makes a drinking sound when you feed him his bottle she is absolutely besotted by him!

Oh and there was cake! Of course we couldn’t celebrate without some proper birthday cake! Thankfully Asda helped me out with that and I picked up this lovely sprinkle cake with rainbow layers inside. I knew MM would love it after I spotted it on Harriet’s Insta (Toby &Roo) for her daughter’s birthday and even though it was sweet (like most cakes) it went down a storm and everybody enjoyed it! We also have this Birthday train tradition thanks to MM’s lovely german Godmother Nicola who bought her the train set on her first birthday and we haven been using it on her and on Finns birthday ever since then! Check out my Instagram account where I added a picture of all of her birthdays so far oh and of course there was a wardrobe change in-between opening presents, why not!

Her actual birthday fell on a nursery day so not only did she have a 3rd time Happy Birthday sang to her she also celebrated it in the morning with all of her friends and in the afternoon we invited her bestie Lily to go to a soft play together and then we went to the nearby park and finished off the birthday outing with some McDonald’s Dinner and some more present unwrapping which turned into a spontaneous little fashion show with her brand new bling pretty in pink accessories, shoes, handbag, earnings, the lot! made complete with some Sophia the first sunnies:
