We have already arrived at Week 6 at my #ThinkingSlimmer with Slimpod Journey.
We received the Chillpod recording to listen to and i put it onto my Slimpod Playlist so i can play it on repeat with my normal Slimpod recording in case i fall asleep which happens quite a bit its very relaxing so i try to listen to it in the evening when i go to bed.
I haven’t managed to keep up with writing down 3 positive things every day but i try to read through our Focus Group daily and try to post at least every second day.
Here are the changes i have felt over the last 3 weeks:
I didn’t have the feeling i needed to snack on sweet or savoury stuff at all and been munching mainly on bananas, dry fruit and nuts.
I layed off my beloved Coke and i haven’t missed it, when i have the odd glass for dinner it tastes rather sweet.
I did not feel the need AT ALL to go and weigh myself and only did so for my measurements which you can check out below.
I have to be honest there wasn’t a lot of sporty activity going on i went to Zumba once last week and i visited my weekly Sling Swing every Friday but this week i felt sick with either Food Poisoning or something weird and felt weak and achy.
So here is my ribbon collage for Week 6 it certainly has changed a little bit again:
Although i cant feel that have lost weight and don’t really see it in those comprising pictures my measurements say otherwise i am rather surprised:
My shine new scales do tell me i have put on 2.7kg (5lbs 15oz) in the last 3 weeks and according to my Slimpod journey start measurements i have lost about 3cm more on my waist since week 3!
It doesn’t surprise me that i have put on weight because i am back to helping myself to second portions at lunch and my weakness (pasta) has been around quite a bit, although i skipped some dinners (which is not healthy either). Drinking Water is still a bit problem for me to remember i hope to improve this right now.
Sandra did mention that half way through people are most likely to get onto a downer but i am hoping to pull myself together and get back on track asap.
I might not be my 80kg on my Wedding day in less then 3 month as i wanted to be but i can be more confident and happy with my body!
Oh and those scales numbers don’t scare me that much anymore its just a number right??
If you want to know more about the Slimpods head over to their website where you can also read some Success Stories from normal people just like you and me!
Disclaimer: I have been send a instant download of the #ThinkingSlimmer Slimpod “Drop 2 Dress Sizes (or more)” & the “Chillpod” as part of being a Member of a 12 Week Focus Group but all thoughts and opinions are my own, this is not a full review of the Slimpod Program yet but a update!
