Operation Fit Bride starts NOW!

#OPFitBride Wedding

Well actually it started the 2. week of the new year but here are a few truth about me and my little “Operation”:

I am not a big fan of new year solutions – i never had any!

I am not a big fan of diets – probably because i haven’t for enough willpower to stick to them!

I never liked the Gym!

If i workout i need to have FUN doing so otherwise i don’t see the point in it!

So there you go i am probably the best candidate to fail on my mission but i will try my best 

to prove MYSELF wrong!

I decided i want to do this for ME my goal is to look ad feel confident with my body on my big day!

So i though i start with little goals like:

Cut out drinking Coke out of my daily routine and replace it with water.

Find some exercise which i thinks is fun and enjoyable – i found 2 which is a bonus!

The last 4 weeks i have been doing Zumba either Monday or Thursday nights and Sling Swing (which is a brand new class of dancing with your Baby in the Carrier) on Friday mornings so currently i am getting 2 hours a week of exercise and i am hoping to get a Nintedo Wii off a friend soon so i can do a bit of exercise at home too:

Cutting down on sweets – my sweet cupboard got raided and emptied into the bin the other day and i replaced it with snacks and savoury bread sticks, pretzels and cashew nuts.

Try to eat 3 meals a day –  i am forever forgetting to eat lunch because i am too busy being out and about or doing stuff and then i start snacking in the afternoon before dinner!

I don’t have a weight goal as such it would be nice to loose a few pounds but my overall goal is to get healthier and fitter!

I think deep down every person sees a new year as a new start on the quest of getting fitter or loosing weight and being in the blogging community its great to read all those post about their journeys but there is one particular lady whom i am certainly lean on regarding weight loss tips and that is my lovely Blogger Friend Jo from My Monkeys Don’t Sit Still who has done very well 

and lost 22lbs since November 2014!

So over the next 5.5 month i will be going on a journey which you can follow on my Blog, Facebook Twitter and Instagram its all about #OpFitBride!
