Molly-May’s Moments Eleven Months

Family Life Molly-May
I cannot believe that in a few weeks time my little baby girl will be no baby anymore but a 1 year old instead!! Here is her 11 month update (late as usual)

Climbing – With us only just returning back from Germany and a few days staying with Mr. C’s Family over Christmas we still haven’t manage to unpack all the bags so MM decided to climb up a suitcase (which was lying down on the floor) to get onto the chair check out the Christmas tree lights and then spin around to sit down facing the table just like her big brother. Mr. C. watched in amazement nearby.

Baby Led Weaning
– This little girl wants to be very independent and spoon feeding is a no go! She eats whatever we eat and way more i think she is having a growth spur again!

Routine/Sleep
– We are finally back sleeping through most nights again, but not without a battle i had to do a bit of sleep training inform of controlled crying and after 1.5hrs we got there in the end. there are nights where she is joining me in my bed (Daddy is still on nights) after 1am but that’s fine by me.

Goodbye Breast, Hello Bottle
– I gradually stopped Breastfeeding and on Christmas i finished for good. Molly-May is fine with it but has her own way to make sure to still be close to my boobies. As soon as she gets hungry or tired her hands are right down my bra which is rather embarrassing when we are out and about and i am in a conversation haha!

Nod, Nod, Nod your head
– She can now nod her head and shake it to say No on demand although only if she is in a good mood. Its funny how much silly stuff us parents get exited about kids learning!

Walk the Walk(er)
– Oh yeah we got Finns old wooden walker out of the garage and she is off.

check out the video of her 2. ever wonky walk:

Dance the Dance
– I mentioned before that MM loves to bust some moves and i thought i show you with a little video what she does all day long:

Nothing is safe anymore
– Now she found out how to open the kitchen cupboards its about time Daddy is sorting out some locks on there!
