Box Upon A Time Review

Baby Children Fashion Reviews Subscription Boxes
If you are a regular reader of my blog it doesn’t come as a surprise that i love subscription boxes. There are plenty of varieties on the market from food to pregnancy to craft boxes delivered
directly to your doorstep.

So when i was offered the chance to check out the new service from Box Upon A Time
i didn’t think about it twice and couldn’t wait to receive my parcel.

What is Box Upon A Time?

It’s a monthly or quarterly box full of hand picked clothes for your child
with savings of up to
60% off!

Box Upon a Time is an innovative subscription box service offering parents a brand new personal shopping experience.
This unique concept allows parents of children aged 0-3 to receive a monthly or quarterly box of stylish clothing tailored
specifically for their child which has been hand-picked by an experienced personal stylist and delivered direct to their
door.

How does the Box Upon A Time subscription work?

Getting your subscription started is simple, the parent or gift giver visits the Box Upon a Time website and fills out some
information about the child’s age and sex and completes a quick fashion questionnaire to determine their fashion profile.
Based on these results, Box Upon a Time’s team of stylists will hand-pick a personalised and beautifully curated selection
of branded baby or children’s garments to suit the shopper’s style, which will be elegantly packed and delivered direct to
the recipient’s door each month or quarter.

There are three types of boxes to choose from Silver (£29), Gold (£49) & Platinum (£69)
as either a monthly or  quarterly subscription or as a one-off gift.

What we thought about our Box Upon A Time?

We received the Gold Box which is £49 and offers 3 to 4 garments worth £80-£120,
with up to 60% off retail prices

#1 was a lovely floaty white Blouse from the Spanish Clothing Brand Dadati (RRP: £13) who is specialising on elegant and classic collections for babies and children. The brand only uses natural fabric which are easy to take care of and comfortable for their little wearers.
Its not really what i would buy for my 1 Year old especially because its white that doesn’t mix well but its certainly a dress up top. Its a size 24 month and the retail price is 13£.

#2 Now this is my absolute favourite. The smart looking dark grey Trousers (RRP: £83) from the luxury french brand Popecha who are known for producing a timeless collection with organic cotton, raw silks, cashmere and merinos. This lovely mix of material makes those Trouser so soft and the perfect Outfit for any special occasion.

#3 Another Popecha Clothes Item this time in form of another smart Blouse (RRP: £70) with a silky shiny touch to it. It has a adorable little bow in the front as well as 2 pockets. Although pink is not a colour i normally like this rose coloured Blouse has got the cute factor and i can’t wait to dress Molly-May in it soon.

So the total box value came to 166£ which is higher then the average Gold Box
subscription which states 80-120£.

I normally wouldn’t buy such expensive Clothes individually for Molly-May and i think my taste is a little bit more casual then the clothes which i received, so out of personal preferences i can’t see myself buying another box for us but i certainly would treat a friend to a subscription
as a present for her little one.

I love the fact that the Box comes with a little added “extra”.
I found this card inside which tells me which stylist packed my bag and if i am ordering again
i can email them to help improve my next selection and if you are not completely happy with your selection your welcome to send the items back to exchange them for another surprise box, that to me sounds like a fantastic offer and great customer service.

I think the Box Upon A Time would be the perfect gift to give
to any fashion loving parent out there!
