In our November Degustabox we found a pack of 4 BBQ Flavour Shots from Kent’s Kitchen and decided to rattle up a little quick mid week dinner for the 4 of us.
These clever little concentrated gel shots add a real flavour kick to your meal.
Brilliantly handy to keep in the cupboard and they are GLUTEN FREE!
We are big fans of Fajitas because its a great pick and mix dinner and so easy to do!
I used Chicken Fillets, 1 Pepper, Grated Cheese, 1 Pack of Tortillas, Sweetcorn and 1 BBQ Shot from Kent’s Kitchen.
The Package says to cooked the diced Chicken Pieces for a few minutes before adding the shot in the pan but i actually marinaded the diced chicken with it and put it in the fridge for 15 minutes.
I made some Rice and Sweetcorn to go with it as well as some Peppers cut up and grated cheese
so everybody could fill there Fajita to their liking.
I warmed up the Fajitas in the Oven before everybody tucked in.
We loved the taste of the Chicken and cant wait to cook some more with the
Flavour Shots another time!
