Degustabox November

Family Life Food & Drinks Reviews Subscription Boxes

Its round 4 for us sampling the brilliant  Degustaboxes and i cannot wait to show you whats in our November Box, you can check out our August and September and October Boxes too.

Sweet things first:
1. Lindor My Melting Moment – well i have to admit i had a melting moment or even two before i took that picture so excuse me for the missing packages in the picture. But i am happy to report that those a absolutely divine they melt right in the mouth and have a really nice creamy chocolate taste to them! Its snowflake shaped and the inside is filled with oh so smooth melting milk chocolate! Every inch of the 20g is just bliss!
Now onto the savoury goodies:
2. These Kettle Chips Salsa & Mesquite are one of 2 limited editions who are back on popular demand this Christmas. It has a BBQ taste to it but also some tomatoes, peppers and chillies which is a tad to spicy for my taste.
3. Branson brought out their very own chutney, caramelised Onion which works well with after dinner cheese and bread just perfect for a late evening Christmas snack!
4. Kent’s Kitchen BBQ Flavour Shots are a pack of 4 individual little packages which can be used to make your meat more exiting. We actually cooked with it the other day and absolutely loved it keep your eyes peeled for the receipt post coming up very soon!
5. Holy Cow are a authentic Indian Curry Sauce which is made from all natural ingredients, no artificial colours, flavours or preventatives. Best thing its gluten free and suitable for vegetarians which i think is great!

And lastly the drinks:

6. Montano Cider is a Italian cider made from apples grown in the foothills of the Dolomite’s. Its a golden, elegantly sparkling, medium dry drink with a refreshing, crisp finish. Now i am not a Beer or Cider Fan so we will keep it for our Christmas Celebrations with the Family  but my soon to be BIL and Nephew are and told me it does taste rather nice!

I have to say because of the size of it i think it also would be a brilliant add on for a

home made hamper to give away this christmas!

7. Those little Pip Organic Cloudy Apple Juice Bottles are just the perfect size for Finns school lunchbox. Its made out of 100% organic fruit with no nastiest so no added sugars, water perseveres or additives just full of healthy fruity goodness, i give a Pip, Pip Hooray to that!

8. Now this is a bit of a strange one first off i don’t drink so i don’t really know if it works! These Cool Dawn Recovery Drinks are a herbal detox drink which helps to prevent and cure hangovers. It presents a complex and unique combination of citrus and liquorice flavours. The recommendation is to have one (cold and shaken) at the end of the night and if needed one in the morning.

Now i cant stand liquor at all so Mr. C. & his Brother tested this one for me.

9. The Sample Present this time was the Drink Me Chai Latte which is a blend of exotic spices, milk and sweetened tea which i am looking forward to try soon but it sound rather nice!

Overall we liked 6 items out of the 9 in the Box but i do have to say that i was slightly disappointment with how empty the box seemed (with previous box having 13 items inside) and there wasn’t a lot of sweet options this time although the Lindor Snowflakes did defiantly make up for that alone.

If you want to hear more about Degustabox head over to their website or check out their Facebook and Twitter Pages.
You can get your very own Box with 3£ off if you add the discount code: “L2WZG” to your order!

Enjoy!!
