Our start of the half term went a little bit different then planned.
Instead of a normal Saturday with a birthday party to attend and watching daddy play football I had a rather tearful skype call with my nan from her hospital bed who had a heart attack this week and didn’t feel well at all.
Its all a bit off a blurr what happend next I decided to book the next available flight one way out to Germany to go and see her.
After the worse flight ever high on emotions and full of tears Molly-May and me got picked up by her Godmum and we drove to the hospital.
There was loads of tears and kisses and chatting but we didn’t stay for long because my nan looked very very tired.
I went back today and with help of some medication and a good nights sleep she certainly perked up.
Nobody knows what will be but I am forever grateful that I made the decition to come to Germany and spend some time with her.
Of course I don’t want her to go and will miss her dearly but if the time comes I know that she will be reunited with her beloved husband my Opa and this thought makes me very happy.
