Let the teething begin with Amber Anklets – Review & Competition!

Baby Giveaway Reviews

I first came across Amber Anklets over on my lovely friend Karen’s Blog “Adventures Of A Monkey Footed Mummy” and because i didn’t like the idea of a necklace for my daughter i thought this would be the perfect solution for her teething journey.

Amber Anklets is run by Tamara a happy Mummy to 3 happy children (9, 2.5 & 1) she’s a bit of a hippy (but a hippy in converse and skinny jeans) and is trying and keep life as natural as possible,
She is on a bit of a mission to save the world, or at least she wants to give it a try.
Tamara says: “That’s why I started Amber Anklets, I want as many naturally happy babies as there can possibly be, I believe as a nation we are used to blindly following advice of our doctors and adverts and don’t a really consider what we are putting into our children. Amber for me and a lot of other mums has been a complete miracle! And a natural one which is why I champion it!”
Amber Anklets are made from genuine Baltic Amber which comes from Lithuania, these anklets are widely believed to heal the aches and pains commonly associated with teething for many centuries. Amber anklets offer you a safe and natural alternative to other remedies allowing you to treat your child carefully.
What we though about our Amber Anklet:
We chosen the Rainbow Anklet which looks even more stunning then on the pictures and Molly-May has been wearing it for the last 4 weeks. She has been putting her fingers in her mouth constantly since we started our Germany holiday end of may.
Let me blunt about it, i didn’t know if it works, how it works and if i can see a different in her wearing it to help with her teething until IT happened.
Yes, we LOST the anklet we got up in the morning and when i dressed her i realised it was gone i searched high and low in her bed, in my bed i even searched the car for it. Nowhere to be found!
2 Days and 1 very tired Mummy with a frustrated, grumpy teething Baby later it appeared again it was only hiding in the bottom of her Gro Bag!!!
Well now we know for sure it works and i swear by it so much so that i am getting a second one
(i love that light honey coloured one) as a “spare” one so we won’t have that problem again!
Even Daddy who is normally not that convinced about alternative remedies did say we should defiantly get a back up amber anklet to be safe!
Here is our happy baby wearing her new Amber Anklet:
I think the amount of  9.99£ is very reasonable when you consider you can take some teething pain away from your suffering baby. It also makes a brilliant present for any new Mum to be!
Needless to say i would not hesitate for a second in recommending it to all my Mummy friends
with teething babies.
Because Tamara loves to see happy babies she was kind enough to let me host a giveaway so one of my lucky readers is in for a chance to win a Amber Anklet worth 9.99£!
To be in for a chance to win this great price all you have to do is fill out the Rafflecopter form below. The competition is open to UK Residents only and will close at 11.59pm on the  20th of July 2014.

Nibble on peeled cucumber/carrot. Dry the drool which is a symptom of teething . Run a cool cloth over gums to keep clean.

I use amber for both of my daughters with the occasional dose of teething powder, but luckily that is only needed on the odd rare occasion

  • James jinks July 13, 2014 at 7:57 pm Reply

Put the teether in the fridge for ten mins. And keep the little one as occupied as you can to take their mind off it.

just lots of cuddles, teething gel on gums and just help them through it

  • Kirstin Lydon July 13, 2014 at 9:19 pm Reply

Put the liquid-filled teether in the fridge, so that it is cold enough to soothe and relieve the baby's gums. Have plenty of clean bibs to wipe baby's dribble away too.

Let them chew on something cold.

Dry toast is good. Unfortunately my little one is lactose intolerant and there is so many things she can't have.
