Well the last few weeks i have made use out of this little beauty which was send to me from The Miracle Box:
It might just look like a Exercise Ball to you but hey its a pregnant ladies best friend in the last few weeks or even the last trimester of her Pregnancy and i would highly recommend it for every mum to be!
Let me tell you a little bit more about this fab “pregnancy – must – have” item from The Miracle Box:
– Its a ball
– its round
– its a lovely colour (next to my blue ball they have red, silver and purple available too)
– its made out of anti burst material which can hold up to 300kg, if i compare it to the “normal” Gym Ball i had in my 1. pregnancy this one feels so much more secure and doesn’t feel like its that slippery.
no seriously for me it has been way more the that, a lifesaver, partner, friend in need, pain relieve, oh and not to forget Finn certainly shared my enthusiasms and snatched it away from me a few times already!!
But its not only good for your pregnancy you can also use it to calm down an upset baby or to start some exercise after the birth.
You can buy your very own Birthing Ball from only 13.99 Pounds.
To check out the other fantastic items which include changing bags, pre packed hospital bags, Tens Machines and kids backpack reigns which are all available in The Miracle Box Shop.

I used one of these in labour and it was great for easing contractions. Thanks for linking up with #triedtested
I never used a birthing ball. I'm interested to know how you would use it to calm an upset baby?
Thanks for linking up this week 🙂

Hi Colette, birthing balls are great for calming an upset baby, simply holding your baby in your arms and bouncing on the ball, makes a big difference, this sensation can be similar to taking your baby in the car for a ride 🙂
that sounds like really good value for money as it is competitively priced. Glad to hear it has been more useful to you #triedtested
