I recently got diagnosed with SPD (pelvic pain) which is quite common in pregnant woman towards the end of their pregnancy. For the last few weeks walking and getting up out of the car or out of the bed in the morning started to become a little bit of a struggle.
Then i came across the Cantaloop Support Belt and couldn’t wait to try it out.
Here is a bit more info about the Belt:
The Cantaloop Support Belt provides targeted support and warmth to your belly and back to help reduce the risk of muscle strain. It is particularly recommended when suffering from Braxton Hick contractions and you require additional support. It also provides improved comfort due to the seamless design, so there is no seams/bunching under clothes. The garment is designed to expand with you, especially during the last few weeks of pregnancy.
I have been wearing the Support Belt over the last week and have to say that i can feel a difference of course it doesn’t take all my SPD pain away but it really supports my by now massive bump with the weight and it is very comfy to wear.
As a added bonus the extra layer keeps my bump warm which is great because i am not at the stage that i cant close my jacket anymore (i never bothered buying a maternity jacket because i lost so much weight it still fit up until 2 weeks ago) and with the cold and windy weather its nice to know that blob is cosy in there and i don’t get cold.
It also doesn’t move at all which is fab i had normal bump bands in the past which i had to adjust every 5 minutes which is rather annoying. I can see myself wearing the Support Belt after the birth too to keep my wobbly bits all in one place!
Overall its a great product and does really reduce the SPD and i would recommend it to any pregnant woman in her 3rd trimester or even before who is suffering from pelvic pain!
You can get your own Cantaloop Support Belt on Amazon for only 14.00 Pounds 13.09 Pounds with FREE delivery.

These are such a good idea – I used a similar one when I was pregnant. Thanks for linking up with #TriedTested

Great review AK! x
These do look really good, and well worth the price if you're suffering.
I recently won one of these . . . typically shortly after I had Amy which is such a shame as I think it would have been immensely helpful for me. I will be pleased to pass it on to a friend at some point instead 🙂
Thanks for linking up this week 🙂

Yes! As a sufferer of SPD with this baby and the last, a support belt is a must have item and I am really glad you found one that worked for you. I went through loads!
