BeltLock Review

Children Reviews Travel Products

With having a little Houdini there comes the danger of him unlocking his seatbelt and us having to stop the car after he told us very proudly what he just did I jumped right at the chance when I got asked if I would like to review a BeltLock.

Installing the BeltLock was simple and easily done you just slip it over the seatbelt receiver and once your child is in its seat you insert the buckle through the BeltLock and into the seatbelt receiver. To take the buckle off you just insert a key or any other narrow object into the BeltLock which then releases it from the receiver.
Finn just started to enjoy using my 2. Seat (which is in the car for the Days I pick up my 4yr old charge from School) on short journeys in the car but as I mentioned above he now can easily unlock his seatbelt on his own which is certainly worrying for me.
But since installing the BeltLock into our car i feel more relaxed and after a few moany days with him telling me he is a big boy he wants to open his belt himself when we parked the car (which thanks to BeltLok he couldn’t do anymore) he has accepted now that its a grown ups job to open the seat belt.
I would recommend this nifty gadget to anybody with a little escapee on there hands. And for only 12.50 Pounds it is a very small price to pay for you child’s safety.
You can purchase your own BeltLock on their website here.
If you have any more a questions why don’t you pop over to their Facebook or Twitter page.

AK xx

I trained Ben that he isn't allowed to undo his seatbelt till the engine is turned off -we had a couple of hairy moments on the motorway tho!!
Thanks for linking up this week 🙂
