2. Trimester

Family Life Pregnancy #2

A little bit of  a belated post because I am already 28 weeks now but its time to say goodbye to my 2nd Trimester I won’t be sad to see it go!!

Cravings:

Warm Custard:

First half of this trimester I could have done with eating custard fr breakfast lunch and dinner, with a side order of nachos, salsa and cheese.

Fruit Salad:

I took a portion with me wherever I went.

But towards the end of the trimester I gone off alot if my ever changing cravings and got the feeling nothing really tastes nice.

I gone off my muesli in the morning and if I drink too much milk it won’t stay don’t for long. I enjoy a slice of toast with my nans homemade strawberry jam but it won’t fill me up for long until I start feeling sick again.
Except my all time favourite a bacon butty I am not keen on loads of food currently and most of the time I have a acid throat.

Symptoms:

Heartburn, never had that with Finn so its something completely new to deal with!
Sickness is still very much present and throwing still occurs every few days in the morning.
I have low Blood pressure so i need to take it a bit easy with getting up etc. and I certainly get those Braxton Hicks about 2-3 times a day depending how much I am doing.

Oh and Finn was a kind of Football Kicking child inside me but Blob is defiantly aiming for a kickboxing career given the training he’s doing In there.

Waist:

I started to measure my waist from week 5 and grew 10.5 inches so far.

Weight:

Start of my 2. Pregnancy i was in clothes size 16-18 and weight 93 kg (14.6 stone) and i am now weighing 89 kg (14 stone).

AK xx
