With Halloween around the Corner we celebrated with a little Party with my German “Stammtisch” (Regular´s table).
Everybody contributed to the Party Food so I decide do try some “spooky worm jelly” which was quick and easy to make.
All you need is:
– different coloured Jelly Blocks
– Jelly worms (i used sugar coated ones but I recommend to use clear (darker) ones
– clear plastic cups
– plastic spoons
Step 1: make the jelly pour it into cups with 1 worm each inside let it set for a few hours in the fridge
Step 2: make another colour of jelly and pour on top of the first layer
Step 3: repeat step 2 again
Step 4: stick a plastic spoon inside and serve it up!
ENJOY!!
Here some Pictures of the worm jelly in the making:
Well what would be a Halloween Party without Fancy Dress I decided to not spend some money on a Halloween related fancy dress for find which he will only wear once so i let him choose a costume from his dressing up box.
Now to my fancy dress idea obviously it had to go with my growing bump so I decided to just take a orange top and draw (with help of a cut out) some eyes, nose and mouth with teeth on the front so once i had it on “Blob” was dressed up as a Pumpkin. Everybody at the Party loved the idea and thought it was brilliant! It cost me a mere 2.49 Pounds 99p for the top itself plus the postage on Ebay.
So here we are off to the Party:
Will you be going to a Halloween Party this year? Or take your child trick or treating?? What will you dress up as? Would love to hear your fancy dress ideas!
