Our Day out at the New Forest Wildlife Park

Days Out Family Life Travel
On the 2. Day of our Camping Trip we decided to visit the New Forest Wildlife Park about a 20 minutes drive away from our campsite.
Upon arrival we decided we grab some lunch in their Woodland Bakehouse Room and had some very delicious and fluffy Jacket Potatoes whilst Finnster decided to play Captain.
In the Wildlife Park you can spot loads of animals from so any different types of Owls on every corner of the park to a Pack of European Grey Wolf´s, a family of wild boar´s, 2 very shy Northern Linx´s (we where lucky enough to spot one for a few minutes), loads of Scottish wildcats (Finn is still talking about how the cats eat some little ducks for their lunch), lazy Pine Martens enjoying a snooze in the sun, Ferrets, Harvester Mice, Red Foxes and of course some Otters, Finn and his Godfather loved watching them jumping around in their little pool and making funny noises.
Another favourite of ours was the little white Red Neck Wallaby and the big massive Bison (who Finn calls the Monster) who was peacefully gracing between a flock of deer’s!
The Adults absolutely loved the Butterfly House and Finns highlight of the day was certainly to stroke a very tame and snoozy deer and come very close to another very beautiful young deer whilst it was eating some food Finns Face in the picture says it all.
We had a brilliant day and i would recommend this park to anybody visiting the area or living close to Southampton its a fab day out for the whole Family.
The Tickets are 10.50£ for Adults and Finn was free because he was under 3.
You can check out the New Forest Wildlife Park Homepage here, or like their Facebook Page and follow their Twitter Page for more information about this great day out.
