Lillipops Review

Family Life Pregnancy & Breastfeeding Pregnancy #2 Reviews

When i was expecting Finn over 3 years ago my “Morning Sickness” started with 8-9 weeks and although i got told by so many Mums that it will calm down and go away around 12-14 weeks, it was the total opposite. In my 13th week of my pregnancy i started to loose my appetite and my Midwife recommended that i should take some supplements and pregnancy vitamins to keep healthy. Over the 42 weeks of my 1. Pregnancy i lost a total of 10 kilos (just over 22 pounds) and went from a size 20/22 to a lovely size 14 after giving birth.
I tried it all: Ginger Biscuits, Seasickness Bands, Acupuncture, snacking on dry food, you name it, i did it! This time it was actually my “all day sickness” as i like to call it, which made me suspicious in the first place that something is up with me and after the confirmed positive test i was very grateful for the opportunity i have been given to try out a new (to me) product called “Lillipops”.

A little bit more Info about the brilliant „Lillipops“:
Denise who is a Mum
of 3 suffered all the way through her pregnancies with morning sickness. After
ending up in hospital due to dehydration in her 1. Pregnancy she found ice was
a wonderful substitute to food and liquid half way through her 2. Pregnancy but
she was still craving flavour so she mixed some delicious ingredients like
tangy lemon, fresh ginger and refreshing mint to make her very own ice pops.
When she was pregnant with baby #3 she started straight on the ice pops and
very much enjoyed being pregnant this time around. Her daughter Lilly was born at the end of 2006 and she could have carried her forever!

Lillipops are coming
in a Box of  20 x 20ml ice pops
with the following flavours:
4x Lemon & Mint
4x Grapefruit & Tangerine4x Ginger
4x Lime & Vanilla  (my absolute favourite!!)
4x Chamomile & Orange

Week 5 of my
Pregnancy: Oh hello, couldn’t say i missed you!
2 days after my positive Test the „Morning Sickness“ (aka all day sickness) kicked in and i feel myself munching on
bread sticks and fruit and dry to eat smaller meals to reduce the sickness
feeling.

Week 6 of my
Pregnancy: Goodbye Cravings!
I didn’t think my
Morning Sickness kicked in that early but unfortunately i already lost my
appetite and even a trip to the local supermarket at lunchtime on a empty
stomach resulted in only bringing home some Apples, Strawberry’s and Bread sticks
(exiting!not!) How exiting to find a parcel left outside my Flat door inside i
found some Packs of „Lillipops“ for me to try out.

Week 7 of my
Pregnancy: Yummy Breakfast
Can i really have
some „Lillipops“ for Breakfast?I have gone off my
beloved Muesli and Cornflakes in the morning and yes indeed it has been
replaced with „Lillipops“. For the last week my Nauseous and Morning Sickness
was worse in the morning first thing after getting up as well as lunchtime and
come 4-5pm.

Week 8 of my
Pregnancy: Hiding Game!
Oh no, Finnster cant
be fooled anymore! After grabbing some ice pops on the way out i started eating
them in the car when he asked me: „What are you eating, Mummy? Want to try
too!!“ And so it started i have to share my beloved pops with him!

He certainly enjoyed
it!

So you probably
guessed it „Lillipops“ are here to stay and i certainly will stock up on more
and this great Product already made it onto my „Pregnancy and New Mummy List“
Must haves!

You can buy your own
Lillipops for only 9.95 Pounds (that is including P&P) here. And don’t forget to check out Lillipops
Facebook Page or follow them on Twitter.
