Because I am a daddy´s girl!

Family Life Father's Day Our Adventures in Germany Travel
I cant blame it on baby brain anymore so must be toddler brain now right?
Yesterday it was German fathers day (and I forgot!!) until my mum called me to have a chat, she just dropped it into the conversation that she was sure I wanted to congratulate my dad on fathers day and he in return did thank me for his lovely new tennis balls he received as a gift (aren´t we a lovely bunch of children) thank you mum ;o)
The tradition in Germany which goes back to the 19th century states that the males go out with a little coaster waggon filled with crates of beer to go on a tour for the day. Now days even men who aren´t fathers yet like to join the ever growing groups on there outings just for the fun of it.
Even though I am sure years and years ago with us being babies my dad enjoyed those special fathers day outings, now days he prefers a round of tennis or two to test out his brand new tennis balls!
Happy Fathers day to my lovely Papa!
I love you to the moon and back
and thank you for being such a great Opa to Finn!
AK xx
