So back in June this year when i went to BritMums i meet the lovely team from Parragon Books who kindly ask me to become a Parragon Buddy. I decided i would love to review some Cook books i am a utterly rubbish cook yes you read right! I can do basics but then well that was it! I always joke with Mr. C. if he wants me to be the perfect Housewife he better pay for some cooking lessons for me!
I bake a lot although i might not write about it that much but i love making a Marble Cake and its slowly becoming a tradition that i bring one along everytime a family member celebrates a birthday.
So for our first month of reviewing for Paragon they send me The Clean-Eating Kitchen Cookbook:
Clean-eating doesn’t just mean washing your lettuce before you make a salad but eating foods that maximize their nutritional benefits by serving them in their most natural, whole state – and this book makes it easy! The helpful introduction will guide you through what processed ingredients to replace in your diet and each meal of the day is covered by a variety of exciting dishes. The recipes are simple, approachable, and made with raw natural ingredients that are easy to find in your favourite supermarket, health food shop, and farmers market and what’s more they taste great.
I decided to try out the wholegrain dark chocolate brownies
here are the Ingredient & Instructions for you:

Well i thought they look rather near picture perfect and hey double bonus they tasted good too
(that nice intact that when i came back from a babysitting job Saturday night my soon to be BIL
and Nephew demolished the lot whilst visiting Mr. C. and the kids, well i guess i take that as a compliment then):
Disclaimer: As part of being a Paragon Book Buddy I have been send “The Clean Eating Kitchen Cookbook” for reviewing purposes, but all thoughts and opinions are mine.
