So you might have already guessed by my chosen blogger name that i kind of quite like all things to do with pushchairs so it might not come to such a surprise for you to read that i went to (yet another!) pushchair launch the other week.
I have to admit that before the event i never heard of the brand but after a lovely chat with Katie who’s doing the PR for Combi here in the UK I was very eager to attend and check it out in person!
So one fine Thursday morning after doing the school run Molly-May and me headed to
the A3 Baby Barn Shop which was the perfect venue to introduce the new buggy on the block!
Combi have currently 2 models for sale here in the UK.
There is the lightweight Well Carry which weights only 6.3kg and is the perfect lightweight buggy for the busy parent on the go.
With its easy 1 hand open/fold as well as self standing feature for easy storage on public transport
I love the curved handle bar which means you can push it with one hand.
It has a large basket, massive hood with viewing window and a very padded seat as well as a hand break so no more fiddling with your shoes on the bottom of the basket rail.
Then there is my favourite the Urban Walker which can go from parent to world facing in just a simply handle quick flip. It weighs less then a kilo more as the Well Carry, 7.2kg to be precise.
There is nearly no need to even have a rain cover because the hood can extend all the way down to the foot muff! It has a extra long seat and expendable seat support when your baby falls asleep as well as front suspensions to have a easy and smooth ride for your precious cargo.
I have to admit at first glace there might not exactly be a super stylish pair of pushchairs, I would say there more workhorse design BUT looking past that there have such great features
the look is almost forgotten!
Here are the best bits:
Ultra Bendy bumper bar with removable cover, a massive hood which extends and the simple but very practical little features like the adjustable clips on the hood to hold it in place as well as
And the best thing is both buggies have the free standing option which is more then handy not only when your out and about but also when storing the pushchair in the house!
So if you are after a practical and affordable lightweight Buggy the Combi Range
is certainly one for you!
So next to checking out the Buggies eating some delicious cupcakes and having a chat with the lovely Angellica Bell as well as the Combi Team, Molly-May and me got to hang out with the lovely Lucy (and enjoyed some cuddles with her) and Rachel & her 2 kids what a great time we had!
Thank you to the lovely Combi Team and A3 Baby Barn for a brilliant morning, yummy cupcakes as well as our fabulous Goddie bag with lots of treats for Molly-May to play with!
Disclaimer: We have been invited to attend the Combi Launch to check out the new range and we received a goodie bag as a thank you, but we have not been asked to write about the event
and all opinions and thoughts are my own.
